Not Just Another Finish

Powder coating is a dry finishing process, using finely ground particles of pigment and resin. These particles are electrostatically charged and sprayed onto a part that has been prepped for powder coating. The parts that are being coated are electrically grounded so that the charged particles projected at them adhere to the surface. These particles are then melted and fused into a smooth coating at 400 degrees. The result is a uniform, durable, high quality finish. Powder coated surfaces are more resistant to chipping, scratching, fading, and wearing than other finishes.
